One time licence cost
I would like to know what would be expected one time license cost for option action, because it is very important for me to know weather i can afford it or not

What do you mean one time license cost ? It will most definitely be a recurring monthly / quarterly or annual charge. if you are writing options then you need to able afford to pay for the application that feeds into your profits 😉
