Dear Sir / Madam, While doing a course on future and options Mr. Abhishek Mukerjee our faculty suggested downloading and using your software, tried and downloaded it on the training center PC as i was not carrying my laptop, downloaded it to the PC and tried activating the activation mail form my mobile as mail was not opening on the PC. Now when I have downloaded it on my laptop I am unable to launch it from the desktop icon, I get the registration page and when I key in the details I get a message saying email already exists, On your OA website I am able to login only to see Q & A and to send this mail. HELP

Thanks for writing to us.
OA license registration is pertaining to the Installed System. Since you have already registered your mail id in the training center PC, One more registration is not possible using the same mail id.
We have removed your old registration as it stands invalid. Now you can do the fresh registration from your laptop using your maild id and enjoy the features of OA.
