IS OpenAction data available only during trading hours?And everytime I select a stock it downloads stocks or atleast it indicates it is doing so.

During market hours, OptionChain data is getting updated in every 30 seconds in the server but you need manually press the update button to fetch the latest data or you can toggle No Auto button.

After market hours, Last updated/available OptionChain data will be fetched from the server.
